Amazing April Off-Piste

Who would have thought that we would be seeing this amount of fresh snowfall in the French Alps this April after the long balmy days of March?  The off-piste in the Grand Massif today was incredible – light, powdery and plentiful!   From Samoëns we headed over to the Flaine valley and to the top of Tête des Lindars, at 2,560m. We dropped down Agate, an unpisted black run that despite being in fantastic condition still got the better of Rob on more than one occasion! With the off-piste in such good condition we decided to head over to Gers, infamous locally as a powder-bowl haven!  We weren’t disappointed . . . . . . . and Rob even managed to stay upright for most of the time!

With more snow forecast this week we are set to have an amazing end to the season!
