Work with APASSION

We currently have a vacancy for an experienced chef to work with us at our flagship chalet, Chalet APASSION, this coming winter season.

Here at APASSION our focus is on combining our passion for food with our passion for providing a bespoke guest experience, all set in the relaxed surroundings of our luxury alpine chalets.

You will prepare breakfast, afternoon tea, and canapés followed by a 3 course evening meal 6 days a week.  You will be expected to design the menu plan, shop within budget, cater for all ages and dietary requirements and provide assistance with other adhoc duties as required during busy periods.

We’re looking for someone with previous experience of preparing and serving high end food in either a private establishment or a restaurant but also someone who is passionate about food and customer service.  You will require an EU passport and/or the right to live and work in France.  A full clean driving license is a requirement of the job to enable you to do the weekly food shop.
